RBY reserves the right to negotiate and set prices for any product or service changes not specifically included in the RBY rate schedule.
Pricing and contact name and contact information must be included in ad registration but do not have to appear in ads.
RBY reserves the right to accept or reject advertising at its discretion.
RBY is not responsible for errors made in its creation of advertisements or their consequences beyond the extent of correcting same upon notification from the advertiser.
Representations of the condition and/or descriptions of items advertised are solely at seller's discretion.
No refunds will be made under any circumstances. Resort Bone Yard ads are payable in advance and will not be published until payment is received.
